How far in advance should I book?

For galas and large conferences, 10 to 16 weeks gives us time to secure the right venue and vendors. For team-building events and celebrations under 100 people, 6 to 8 weeks is usually workable. We can operate on shorter timelines, but your venue options narrow significantly.

What is the minimum budget you work with?

We do not publish a hard minimum, but events under $15,000 are usually not a good fit for a full-service agency. If your budget is under that threshold, reach out anyway — we will give you an honest answer and may be able to recommend a better approach for your situation.

Do you work outside Edmonton and Calgary?

Yes. We serve all of Alberta, with regular work in Red Deer, Fort McMurray, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Lethbridge, Airdrie, and Spruce Grove. We travel to where your event needs to be.

Do you handle venue sourcing?

Yes. Venue sourcing and contract negotiation is part of our standard service. We know most of the major venues in Edmonton and Calgary and have working relationships with many of them, which helps with pricing and priority booking.

What does 'full-service' actually mean?

It means we handle everything from the first planning meeting to the last vendor invoice. Venue, catering, AV, entertainment, logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event content. You brief us on the goal. We handle the rest.

Can you handle events for large teams with multiple locations?

Yes. We have planned multi-location team-building programs, hybrid conferences, and distributed workforce events. If your team is in multiple cities or across multiple sites, we can design an event that works across all of them.

Do you provide photography and video?

Yes. Content creation is one of our six core services. We work with experienced event photographers and videographers who know how to document a live event without disrupting it. We can deliver highlight reels within 5 business days.

How do you charge?

We typically charge a planning and management fee plus vendor pass-through costs. For some events we work on a flat-fee basis. We are transparent about pricing from the first conversation — there are no surprise markups after the fact.

What if I do not know what I want yet?

That is a normal starting point. Tell us the date, the approximate headcount, your budget range, and what you are trying to accomplish. We will come back with a recommendation and a rough plan. No commitment required to have that conversation.
