Can you organize events outside Edmonton?

Our primary markets are Edmonton and Calgary, but we plan events across Alberta. If your team, your venue, or your guests are somewhere else in the province, we work there.

Cities we regularly plan events in: Edmonton, Calgary, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Airdrie, and Fort McMurray. These are not markets we cover on paper — they are places we have done actual work and have vendor relationships.

For events outside Edmonton and Calgary, there are a few practical realities worth understanding. Venue selection is more limited in smaller markets — what works for 300 people in Calgary may require a different format in Red Deer. AV production vendors with full staging capability are concentrated in the two major cities, which sometimes means bringing equipment in. We factor this into budgets and timelines from the start.

For events in Fort McMurray and other northern Alberta communities, we plan logistics around the distance. This includes coordinating vendors who operate in that market, confirming equipment transport where needed, and ensuring there is adequate on-site support.

Multi-location events — where you have teams in multiple cities and want a coordinated experience across all of them — are something we have planned. This requires more advance coordination and a clear plan for each site, but it is manageable with the right lead time.
