Do you provide photography and videography?

Photography and videography at corporate events is something we coordinate as part of our full-service offering. We work with experienced event photographers and videographers who we have placed at actual events — not vendors we found online.

For event documentation, the standard package includes a professional photographer for the full event duration, post-production editing, and delivery of final images within 5 business days. A highlight video reel — typically 90 seconds to 3 minutes — is available as an add-on or as part of a full content package.

Drone and aerial coverage is available for permitted outdoor sites. This applies to grand openings, large outdoor team events, and any occasion where an aerial perspective adds value. All drone work is conducted under the applicable Transport Canada regulations.

Social media content packages are available for events where you want platform-ready cuts alongside the main deliverables. This typically includes vertical format clips for Instagram and LinkedIn, delivered within 48 to 72 hours of the event.

Beyond event documentation, we offer full commercial production: scripted video ads, brand stories, and product content. This includes script writing, talent casting and direction, set design and decoration, and delivery of broadcast or digital-ready final cuts. This is a separate service from event coverage — it applies when a client needs original commercial content produced from the ground up, not just documentation of an event.

Speaker and presentation recording is available for conferences and learning events. We coordinate multi-camera recording setups, technical direction, and edited session recordings for post-event distribution.

We pass photography and videography vendor costs through at actual invoice. Our coordination fee covers the briefing, quality management, and delivery oversight — not a commission on the production budget.
