Pricing
We are transparent about pricing from the first conversation. Here is how our fees are structured — and what you can expect to invest at each level.
How we charge
The ranges shown on this page are total event investment — venue rental, catering, AV, and all other vendor costs are included. There is no separate bill for the venue on top of what you see here.
Within that total, our planning and management fee covers our time. All vendor costs — catering, AV, venue, photography, entertainment — are passed through at actual cost. You see every vendor invoice. There are no hidden markups.
For some events we work on a flat project fee that covers everything. We will tell you which structure makes more sense for your event in our first conversation.

What a real event budget looks like
Budget ranges are useful starting points. Here is what a 150-person corporate gala in Edmonton looks like when the numbers are fully scoped.
Ranges vary by day of week, venue exclusivity, catering format, and AV scope. A buffet instead of plated service reduces catering cost by $5,000–$9,000 for the same headcount. At 150 people, the mid-range total of ~$74,000 works out to roughly $490 per person — covering a full evening including venue, plated dinner, open bar, AV, photography, video, and entertainment.
Honest note: Events under $15,000 are usually not a good fit for a full-service agency — the economics do not work for either party. If your budget is below that threshold, reach out anyway. We will give you a straight answer and may be able to point you in the right direction.
