Within one business day. If your event is time-sensitive or the date is close, say so in your message — we will prioritize it.

At minimum: the event date or window, expected headcount, and a rough budget range. Even a wide range helps us give you a useful first answer. If you are early in the planning process, just tell us what you know.

Do I need to have a venue before contacting you?

Accepted Answer

No. Venue sourcing and contract negotiation is part of what we do. If you already have a venue, we work with it. If not, we help you find the right one.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. Our first call is a no-commitment conversation to understand your event and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. We do not charge for it.
