Vendor Partnerships
Be the vendor we call first.
We produce corporate events across Alberta and work with a vetted network of preferred vendors. If you supply services relevant to events — AV, catering, photography, décor, entertainment, or anything else that makes an event run — we want to know about you. Good vendors get consistent work. That is the arrangement.

The arrangement
What preferred status means
- Preferred supplier status — you are on the shortlist we present to clients when your category comes up
- Mutual referral arrangement — when we receive inquiries outside our scope, we refer to our vendor network
- Consistent work from clients who plan events regularly, not one-off requests
- A working relationship built on actual event performance, not a paid directory listing
Requirements
- Track record of delivering professional-grade work at corporate events
- Alberta-based operation or ability to work regularly in Edmonton and Calgary
- Ability to handle events from 50 to 500+ guests depending on your category
- Professional liability coverage appropriate to your service
- Responsive communication — we manage tight timelines and need vendors who do the same
Not a fit
— Vendors who cannot consistently meet the standards corporate clients expect — we protect our client relationships
— Companies outside Alberta with no established presence here
— Vendors expecting guaranteed volume without delivering consistent quality
Vendor network questions
No. Vendor partner status is based on track record and fit, not a paid listing. We vet vendors through direct work or through trusted referrals from existing partners.
