Event photography is priced by coverage time, not by headcount. The variables that matter: how many hours you need, whether you want same-day content delivery, and whether you need commercial usage rights.
Half-Day Coverage
Up to 4 hours
$1,200 – $2,500
Cocktail receptions, award presentations, departmental events, and short-format programs. Edited gallery delivered within 5 business days.
